Xienglohm Preschool (Laos)

A two room preschool in the district’s center of education, Xienglohm preschool delivers education to over 45+ never before schooled local children.
From the first time we stepped foot in Xienglohm’s school building, we knew it was a very promising partnership.
The walls are used, not only as a showcase for current student work, but for the tracking, monitoring and evaluation of each of the 200+ students that the community educates. As the District’s center for education, Xienglohm sees students ranging in ages 3-18 from a number of surrounding villages.
It’s clear that the teachers here have made it their mission to provide a quality, lasting education to every child they reach.
(Oh, and one more really cool thing about Xienglohm: Elephants! Located next to an elephant rescue camp, there’s pretty much a guaranteed sighting at each visit.)
